Beginner's Luck is a frontier world on the edge of Ork space. As it sits on a comparatively stable warp route into the Scallop Stars it is often the first port of call on Imperial crusades. Technically it should be a strategically important fortress world but the Orks don't see much fun in the idea of keeping out the 'Umies. As a result the dilapidated garrisons and rusty macro cannons are normally manned (orked?) by whining malcontents and weedy gitz who need "tuffnin up on da front-ear".
