Gargteef

Gargteef is a gargantuan - and long dead - creature that drifts silently through the void. Ork legends tell that it is the failed attempt by an insane Pigdok to cross breed a squiggoth with a void whale. While alive it's abyssal mouth could have swallowed a battleship whole and in death any one of it's teeth could simultaneously fund a Waaa! and destabilise the entire Ork economy of the Scallop Stars.

Freebootaz and prospectaz occasionally visit the vast mummified corpse hoping to find some form of riches, but few return and the Orks of the Scallop Stars are a superstitious bunch. Now most stay away.
